Transacting with Government just got easier
AGD has also developed an Electronic-Invoice System to allow Government vendors to submit all their invoices online.
With the Electronic-Invoice System, vendors can enjoy the following benefits:
Bullet Convenience:
Track the status of your invoices without hassle.
Bullet Accuracy:
Receive accurate payments as we capture information at source.
Bullet Prompt:
Receive prompt payments in accordance with credit term.
Private Clinics
We have developed a MBS@Gov portal (www.mbs.gov.sg) specially for the use of private clinics.
MBS@Gov is a user-friendly billing system which allows the private clinics to submit Government’s share of the medical bills incurred by the civil servants, pensioners and their eligible dependants and receive a consolidated payment from the Government on a weekly basis.
MBS@Gov provides greater convenience to civil servants and pensioners as they only need to pay their share of the medical bills upfront. This eliminates the need for them to submit claims for reimbursement of the medical charges.
Log in to Vendors@Gov using UEN
From 1 January 2009, all entities that are registered in Singapore and have interaction with government agencies will have a Unique Entity Number (UEN) as its identification number. More information is available via http://www.uen.gov.sg.
(1) Individuals, local businesses and companies registered with ACRA
You will not be affected by implementation of UEN. You can continue to log in to Vendors@Gov as per current approach.
(2) All others
With UEN assigned
We will be automatically converting your vendor ID to the UEN as assigned by the respective UEN issuance agencies.
With effect from 1 January 2009, you will have to log in using your UEN ID and personal SingPass. You may read more about log in using SingPass by clicking here. We strongly recommend that you complete the necessary authorisation via EASY as early as possible during January.
To ensure smooth transition, you will have the option to log in using your new UEN and current AGD password during the transition period from 1 January to 31 January 2009. Thereafter, the option of log in using AGD password will cease to apply.
Without UEN
If you have not been assigned with an UEN, you can continue to log in to Vendors@Gov using your current vendor ID and AGD password.
