The stadium was filled to its capacity, and the 26 year old Dutchman was able to stick it to the Danish team, that was unable to keep up with the swifter, faster, more polished Netherlands team. It almost looked as if the Netherlands were just better prepared for the game from the onset, as the Denmark squad was unable to really get anything going at any time during the match.
