Asia Cup, India Beat Bangladesh by 6 Wickets

DAMBULLA : India beat Bangladesh by 6 wickets in the second Asia Cup cricket match at Rangiri Dambulla Stadium on Wednesday. India chased down Bangladesh’s 167 all out with 168-4 in the 31st over of the 50-over match.

Gautham Gambir hit 82 in a 78-run partnership with Mahrendra Singh Dhoni, who in the over in which Gambir fell leg before wicket, hit two successive boundaries to end the match. Part-time offspinner Virender Sehwag took a career-best 4-6 to help bowl outBangladesh.
